Personalised event planning

Our bespoke planning service covers all aspects of the process, from start to finish. Aimed at clients who would like the expertise and full support of a professional planner. 

How we work

It is essential to plan for the experience of the entire event and avoid gaps where guests are left unsure of what to do next. For this, we prepare a detailed minute by minute schedule, to make sure your day, evening or weekend runs smoothly.

Our fee structure is quoted on an individual basis following a free consultation. As a guide, you can expect to pay between 10 and 15% of the overall budget with a minimum fee applying. However, depending on the parameters of the event, we are happy to discuss a fixed fee.

​Emma offers an initial complimentary consultation in central London, or a remote virtual call to understand your requirements and provide a personalised quote.
